<p>The Salvation Army Bridge program offers a range of drug and alcohol rehabilitation services to men and women aged 18 years and over. The Bridge Program operates from a community reinforcement approach. This is a comprehensive intervention package for alcohol and other drug users, which is specifically tailored to the needs of the client. The community reinforcement approach focuses on multiple problem areas targeting social, recreational, familial and vocational reinforcement.</p>
<p>These programs include Outreach (individual counselling, case management, education and referral), Day Program (8 week intensive program including group work and individual support), Residential Program (8 week intensive residential rehabilitation program) &amp; Aftercare (12 months support, post residential or day program).</p>
