Tasmanian Users Health & Support League Ltd. (TUHSL)  is Tasmania’s state-wide peer-based Drug User Organisation advancing the dignity, health and human rights of all Tasmanians who use and inject drugs.

Platforming community voices to actively lead peer-based harm reduction in Tasmania, TUHSL has a long history of providing systemic advocacy, peer support and AOD harm reduction services for people who use and inject drugs, including in prisons, NSPs, and festivals. TUHSL challenges stigma and discrimination, advocates for drug law reform, including legal protections for people who use and inject drugs, sustainable development and funding of peer-based harm reduction, and equitable pharmacotherapy access.

If it involves people who are using and injecting drugs in Tasmania, it involves TUHSL.
