If it’s creative, Tania has probably dabbled in it: her professional history includes stints as a copywriter, graphic designer, web designer, illustrator, art director for boardgames, toy and novelty designer, and Disney animator. Though all those jobs were fulfilling in different ways, she felt the lack of some deeper purpose. After completing her PhD in Creative Writing, she had a long hard think about it and realised she wanted to do some good in the world. This brought her to the ATDC.
Tania loves solving problems, whether technical or creative, and her role as Digital & Communications Lead gives her the opportunity to tackle both kinds.
In her free time, Tania writes and publishes short speculative fiction, and reads voraciously. She loves gardening, bushwalking, rollerskating, and her dog (who is the Best Boy, yes he is).
