Draft Strategic Plan: Call for Feedback

The ATDC board would like to invite feedback on the draft of a new five year Strategic Plan. The board has drawn upon a variety of source materials and held discussions to develop the draft for wider alcohol and other drug sector and community feedback.

Given the challenges facing organisations and the wider sector, the ATDC remains more relevant than ever. We are drawing on the natural strengths of the organisation while also ensuring we reflect contemporary expectations and are future focused.
