Penny Chugg is currently the State Manager for The Salvation Army Alcohol and Drug Programs, responsible for managing a multidisciplinary team of leaders and clinicians. Penny has over 30 years of experience in the Community Services area, predominately in management positions.
Penny has worked for The Salvation Army for over 12 years, working with the most disadvantaged people in the community, in particular, people with mental health and AOD issues.
