All-day workshops for ATOD workers
Our highly-regarded training sessions for ATDC members working in the Tasmanian ATOD sector run annually, typically early in the year. These full-day training sessions, usually held in-person, are designed to build knowledge, capability and confidence in your work.
Each training day focuses on a new topic of relevance to ATOD workers. In 2026, for example, we collaborated with Dr Polly McGee on an overview of polyvagal theory, how it can be used to improve understanding between service providers and clients, and how to develop practical self-regulation and self care strategies.
