The purpose of this Inclusion and Diversity briefing paper is to provide an overview of what our member organisations are currently doing to minimise barriers for people seeking help for alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs (ATOD), through inclusion and diversity practices. The aim of this report is to help identify where the ATDC can facilitate, support and advocate for greater development in diversity and inclusion in our member organisations.
