Ann has been working in business and administration management for over 20 years, and brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to her role as Operations Manager. Her career spans a diverse range of industries, including extensive bookkeeping and financial oversight, and she has also generously contributed her skills through volunteer work with charitable organisations.
Ann believes in leading with kindness, integrity, and empathy, and those values guide how she supports our team and the communities we work with in our sector. She loves helping create a workplace where people feel safe, supported, and empowered to do meaningful work. Ann plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our team.
Outside of work, she enjoys creating Zentangle artwork—a mindful and relaxing way to unwind and stay grounded. It’s one of her favourite ways to recharge and reflect.
